While headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, we handle cases all across the country.  In some states, we are required to have local counsel as well but this does not cost the investor any additional money.  If the case goes to an arbitration hearing (and approximately 85% of the cases filed at FINRA do settle) the location of the hearing will be in the state where the client resides.  Each state has at least one FINRA hearing location.  Some larger states, like California, have multiple hearing locations spread across the state.
